This page governs your use of godesigndubai.com. Project work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
What is on this site
Case studies describe work delivered by GoDesign FZE. Figures quoted in them are the figures recorded for that project. Nothing on this site is a fixed quotation. Scope, timeline and price for your project come from a written proposal, not from a web page.
Our commitments
The commitments described on this site, namely that you hold repository, hosting and domain credentials from the start of the project, that milestone dates are agreed in writing before work begins, and that defects attributable to our build are corrected at no charge for 90 days after launch, are given effect through the project agreement. The warranty covers defects in what we built. It does not cover changes of scope, third-party service outages, or issues caused by modifications made by others after handover.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to GoDesign FZE. Client names and logos shown in case studies belong to their respective owners and appear as a record of work delivered.

Liability
This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on written advice given for your project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
