Two portals replacing a spreadsheet

Claim Cash Now is a pre-settlement funding firm. Its entire caseload sat in spreadsheets, and every update between staff and claimants travelled by email.

That holds until it does not. A case has documents, a status, an owner and a history, and a spreadsheet keeps none of those attached to each other. Staff time went into copying figures between files and re-sending attachments rather than into moving cases forward.

We built two portals that talk to each other. Staff work inside an admin portal that holds the full case lifecycle. Claimants sign into a client portal that shows their own case and nothing else.

Five modules cover the work end to end, from intake through documents to case status. The repeat steps that used to be done by hand now run on their own.

The spreadsheet and email process is gone. Case state lives in one record, both sides of the firm look at the same thing and hundreds of hours that went into manual admin go into cases instead.
