A checkout built for UAE cards
A gateway that settles to your UAE bank, tested with real cards, with 3D Secure behaving on a phone rather than only on a desktop.

Local payment gateways, instalments, VAT-correct invoices, Arabic layouts and delivery rules that match how this country works. The store is registered in your name from day one.

The store is in your name
It builds and runs the part that takes money: the storefront, the checkout, the payment gateway, the delivery rules, the tax handling and the links to your stock and accounting. In the UAE that last set decides whether the store works at all.
A store that looks good but cannot take a Mashreq card is not finished. Neither is one that invoices without 5% VAT or quotes the same delivery fee to Deira and Fujairah. We treat your checkout as the product and the theme as packaging.
Pick the one that matches your situation. Each page says plainly when it is the wrong choice.

Live in weeks, on a theme built for your catalogue rather than bought for someone else's.

A gateway that settles to your UAE bank, tested with real cards, with 3D Secure behaving on a phone rather than only on a desktop.
Tabby and Tamara installed directly, with the messaging on product pages rather than only at checkout.
5% applied correctly, inclusive or exclusive display chosen deliberately and invoices that carry the details your accountant needs.
Zone-based rates, cutoff times, cash on delivery where you want it and courier integration so tracking reaches the customer automatically.
Variants, bundles and filters designed around your catalogue, so your hundredth product does not mean redesigning anything.
Most UAE store traffic is a phone on a mixed connection. Your product and cart pages are measured there, not on our desks.
The comparison most agencies avoid publishing, because it does not always point at what they sell.

If you are under a hundred products and want to be live this quarter, the honest answer is usually Shopify or WooCommerce.
Four things decide whether your store works here. Most of the agencies on page one do not mention any of them.

Four stages, with payments proven in sandbox before a live key exists.
We model products, variants, tax and shipping before touching the design, because those decisions constrain everything visual.
Gateway, instalments and refunds tested end to end with test credentials before a live key exists.
Theme coded, then product and cart pages measured on a mid-range phone. Speed is a launch condition, not a later project.
Go live, watch your first real orders closely, then hand over with the warranty running.

Ownership, deadlines and defects are where web projects go wrong. We put all three in the contract, not just on this page.
Repository, hosting and domain credentials are in your name before we write a line of code. Not handed over at the end, not held as leverage.
Milestone dates are fixed in writing before the project starts. You always know what ships next and when.
Anything that breaks because of how we built it gets fixed free for 90 days after launch.
It depends on your bank and your average order value. Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Stripe and Tap all work in the UAE and differ mainly on settlement time, per-transaction rate and how demanding the onboarding is. If you are on Shopify, note that a third-party gateway adds a Shopify transaction fee on top of the gateway's own rate. We set the account up with you rather than reselling one to you.
Yes, installed directly rather than through a gateway that marks the rate up. Both are widely used in the UAE and tend to lift average order value on higher-priced baskets. We put the instalment messaging on product pages as well as at checkout, because that is where most of the conversion effect happens.
It is configured during the build, not afterwards. We set whether prices display inclusive or exclusive of VAT, make sure the 5% is calculated correctly at checkout including on shipping where it applies and ensure the invoice carries the details your accountant needs. If you sell outside the UAE we also set the rules for those orders.
Both, usually, but with different expectations. A marketplace gives you traffic and takes a cut plus your customer relationship. Your own store costs more to fill but keeps the margin, the data and the ability to remarket. Most UAE brands we work with use marketplaces for discovery and their own store for repeat buyers.
A focused Shopify or WooCommerce store with a clean catalogue is typically six to ten weeks including gateway onboarding, which is often the slowest part because it depends on your bank. Magento and custom builds take longer. Milestone dates are agreed in writing before we start.
Yes, from day one. The platform account, hosting, domain and payment gateway are all registered in your name before development starts. Your customer list is yours and exportable, and if you move to another agency nothing has to be handed over because nothing was ever held.
Send your brief and get a fixed scope, a written timeline and a real number back within one business day. No discovery-call maze, no sales sequence.
