What they came to us with.
Raena Beauty was launching to a Gen Z audience. That audience arrives from a phone and it arrives all at once.
Launch day is the one day a storefront cannot be slow and cannot fall over. Everything else can be fixed the week after.
What we built.
We built the storefront mobile first and treated the launch funnel as part of the store rather than a landing page bolted to the side of it. Sign-up and storefront are one path.
- Mobile-first storefront
- Launch funnel built into the store
- Storefront UX aimed at a first-time audience
- Sign-up flow built to take a launch-day spike
What changed.
The launch pulled more than 4,000 product sign-ups and the storefront stayed up through all of it.
The storefront and launch funnel carried more than 4,000 product sign-ups at launch without downtime.
